主要从事海洋微生物菌群结构解析、石斑鱼肠道菌群功能等研究。

主要业绩：

主持国家自然科学基金、海南省重点研发计划项目以及海南省自然科学基金等多项课题。以第一作者共发表教学科研论文26篇（SCI收录6篇），获授权专利3项，获海南省普通高等学校青年教师教学大赛一等奖、海南省自然科学二等奖、海南省高等教育省级教学成果一等奖等奖项。海南省“南海名家”青年项目入选者。
